Requests for classroom exams are made using Exam Registration Form – Select the type of exam as “Missouri S&T Classroom Exam”. You will be asked to provide the class name and instructor.
All requests will be verified with your instructor for approval. You will receive a calendar invite when the request has been approved.

Accommodated Exams: log into minerAccess. Users will log in, select “Alternative Testing”. Review your list of requested exams: select Modify or Cancel exam request.

Testing appointment cancellations need to be made at least 2 hours in advance to avoid penalty a No-Show fee of $20 per appointment.

Students, faculty, and staff are encouraged to utilize their S&T parking permits in the Lot they were assigned.
Visitors: Visitors may use metered spaces anywhere on campus or street parking, if available. The closest Lot near Norwood Hall is Lot A21 or A3 between W. 12th Street and N. Rolla Street.

Distance education exams, CLEP exams, and some placement exams have additional proctoring or assessment fees. You will be notified if your exam has a required fee during scheduling.
Testing fees are due on the day the assessment is administered. Acceptable forms of payment include checks, money orders, and exact cash. If paying by check or money order, make it payable to Missouri S&T. Click here to pay exam fees online.

You will be required to show identification before being admitted to any exam. A proctor will verify with you the specific items allowed for the test, this may vary depending on your instructor or exam vendor requirements.
All personal items not allowed in the testing room will be stored in the storage lockers available located in the check-in area.
Please turn off all phones and electronic devices, while they are in storage.
The type of identification may vary depending on your exam. All IDs must be valid (not expired) and the original document. We cannot accept copies or digital documents.
S&T Classroom exams – may use student or governmental ID
Distance Education - may use student or governmental ID
Major Field Test – may use student or governmental ID
Professional exams (GRE, PearsonVUE, CLEP, MoGEA) – require governmental ID
For PearsonVUE exams you may be required to have two (2) forms of ID, please check with your exam sponsor before your test day
NCEES (FE Exam) – 1 form of governmental ID
Personal items are restricted during all exams. Please verify with your instructor or exam sponsor on specific items allowed. Otherwise, the following items will not be allowed in the testing room:
Yes, lockers are available to store all personal items not allowed in the testing room. You will be able to lock and secure your items, and the locker key is allowed in the testing room with you.
